The March for the Cure 5K is brought to you by Olympia High School DECA students. Since the new school year, they have been working extremely hard to put together a community based fundraiser that could change the lives of others. So their very own, Claire Bushnell & Linh Le started a campaign called "Pink for the Cure" to raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Their first fundraiser were pink out shirts where they made and sold 212 shirts for the football game and donated half the proceeds to NBCA. So far, Claire & Linh have raised over a thousand dollars and they are not stopping there! They wanted to make a larger impact so that is where the idea of March for the Cure 5K came up!
